No — and we don't want to. Taskflow Recruit handles the first two rounds (phone screen and behavioral deep-dive) so your hiring managers only meet pre-qualified finalists. The decisive conversation — the one that actually determines whether someone gets hired — is still human-to-human. Most of our customers report that their hiring managers love this: fewer interviews, higher-quality conversations, faster offers.

You can cancel your annual agreement any time before Day 75 and get a full refund of everything paid except the setup fee. After Day 90, the agreement runs the full 12 months. This exists because if it isn't working by Day 90, that is on us — not you.

Setup means real engineering: ATS integration, custom interview flows, voice tuning for your roles, scripts written by our team. We refund it on Year 2 renewal — so if you stay, it costs you nothing. If you leave after Year 1, you paid for the work we did.

If your AI hiring agent is not running production interviews and delivering shortlists by Day 30, you stop paying until it is. Conditions: 3-hour intake completed Week 1, ATS access granted within 5 business days, shortlists reviewed within 48 hours. We hold up our side as long as you hold up yours.
