Privacy Policy

Updated May 23, 2026. Questions? compliance@taskflowrecruit.com.

1. What we collect

Voice recordings, transcripts, and scores from AI-led interviews you and your employer agree to conduct on the Taskflow Recruit platform. Account data for employer users (name, work email, role). Standard web telemetry for the marketing site (IP, user-agent, referrer).

2. How we use it

To deliver the interview, generate the scorecard, and return it to the employer that initiated the screen. To improve speech recognition and rubric-scoring quality in aggregate, never to make hiring decisions about you, and never to train models on identifiable data without explicit opt-in.

3. Data retention

Recordings and transcripts are retained for the period contracted with the employer (default 12 months), then deleted. Candidates may request earlier deletion (see Candidate rights below).

4. Candidate rights

Under GDPR, CCPA, and NYC Local Law 144, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you may request that an automated screen not be used. Email compliance@taskflowrecruit.com.

5. Voice recording disclosure

Calls are recorded for the sole purpose of scoring against the employer's rubric and producing the audit trail required by NYC LL 144 and EEOC documentation standards. Recording is disclosed at the start of every call.

6. Subprocessors

We use a small set of infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, speech-to-text, telephony). The current list is available on request.

7. International transfers

Data is processed in the United States. EU candidates' data is transferred under Standard Contractual Clauses.
