Terms of Service
Updated May 23, 2026. Questions? legal@taskflowrecruit.com.
1. Acceptance
By using the Taskflow Recruit platform (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The Service
Taskflow Recruit provides AI-conducted phone interviews, structured scorecards, and pipeline tooling for employer customers. The Service does not make hiring decisions; it scores responses against the rubric the employer provides.
3. Employer obligations
Employers are responsible for the rubric, for the lawfulness of their hiring process, and for any notices required by their jurisdiction (including NYC Local Law 144 candidate notices).
4. Candidate use
Candidates who interview through the Service do not need an account. By accepting a Taskflow call, you consent to the call being recorded for scoring and audit purposes.
5. Acceptable use
No use of the Service to discriminate against any protected class, to circumvent regulatory requirements, or to evade audit obligations.
6. Fees
Fees are set out in the order form or pricing page in effect at the time of purchase. Founding Partner pricing is governed by a separate addendum.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties will protect the other's confidential information using reasonable industry-standard measures.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taskflow's aggregate liability under these terms will not exceed amounts paid by the customer in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
